Kenyan AB
Bright and well-balanced, offering sweet berry flavors (think raspberry, blackberry, or red currant) with a smooth, medium body. The acidity is lively but rounded, complemented by subtle floral or caramel undertones. Slightly smaller beans than AA, but still of high quality, AB-grade coffees are versatile and approachable, often featuring a clean, crisp finish.

Kenyan AA
Bold and complex with a wine-like acidity, featuring deep notes of blackcurrant, citrus (often grapefruit or lemon), and sometimes a hint of red berry. The body is rich and velvety, with a lingering, juicy finish. Grown at high altitudes (1,600–2,100 meters), Kenyan AA beans are the largest and most prized, delivering a vibrant, structured cup.

Kenyan Peaberry
Intense and vibrant, with concentrated tropical fruit flavors (mango, passionfruit) and distinct notes of black tea. Peaberries (a natural mutation where only one seed forms per cherry) roast more evenly, resulting in a juicy, syrupy body and sparkling acidity. Often more aromatic than flat beans, with hints of brown sugar or citrus zest in the aftertaste.
